Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no code needed.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and Canada. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't deliver there just yet.
Dispatch
Orders are fulfilled within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email right away and a tracking email as soon as your Little Salon basin ships.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 3–8 business days (Express upgrade available at checkout)
- Canada: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs checks, and peak periods can add time.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
Duties & taxes
Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or your basin arrives damaged, reach us through our contact form with your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee recovery of parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
