The 30-Day Wash-Day Guarantee

The Little Salon Hair Washing Basin exists to end the wash-night battle. If it doesn't do that for your family, you get your money back — simple.

Use the basin for up to 30 days from delivery. If wash night isn't calmer, contact us through our contact form within those 30 days and we'll refund your full purchase price. Yes, even if you've used it — that's the point of a trial. We just ask that it comes back clean and in reasonable condition, with the neck pad and both suction cups.

How to start a return

  1. Send us your order number and the reason for the return via the contact form.
  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions — please don't post anything back before then.
  3. Ship the basin back with a tracked service.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind and guarantee returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your basin arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected (or your guarantee claim is approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in the currency of your original purchase.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Contact us via the form — the fastest route is usually a return under this policy plus a new order, and we'll walk you through it.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, and items marked final-sale or clearance.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation, and US state consumer law. Where those laws grant you a remedy, they prevail.
