We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Duties & taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected on delivery depending on the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on unopened items in original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
